RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

·        All sale items are not subject to refund. 

·        Only exchange or store credit is available.

·        Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

·        Customer is responsible for paying returning shipping.

·        Customer must contact us within 10 business days from the receipt date.

·        Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

      THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

         ·        Loss or damage of merchandise while in customer’s possession. (Does not apply to removing the packing seals to check contents.)

·        Merchandise appears to be worn, used, or otherwise in non-saleable condition.

·        Time since the sale is beyond the vendor’s return period. Please refer to vendor’s return policy.

·        Breaking of original vendor packaging and re-wrapping.
